We've had good luck with that, but we've never used it on a suitcase before.

If she has a black light, she can wave it over the suitcase and it will show her if there's any urine spots still on it.

Suitcases are expensive, and I feel her pain. She should try everything she can to salvage it, but if the smell remains, then yeah, unfortunately she's going to have to toss it. The smell only gets worse with time.Kayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14404012069937618560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14327353.post-42650216153245708402007-09-06T09:45:00.000-04:002007-09-06T09:45:00.000-04:00Yeah, I'm with the toss it out crowd...Like Betsy ...Yeah, I'm with the toss it out crowd...Like Betsy said, I would rather replace one suitcase than worry about losing that cabana boy...Danahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07257660639811126906noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14327353.post-51961645841367062842007-09-05T20:12:00.000-04:002007-09-05T20:12:00.000-04:00Eh, it's CAT PEE; I don't there's any salvation to...Eh, it's CAT PEE; I don't there's any salvation to be had.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14327353.post-76688677620932139682007-09-05T20:00:00.000-04:002007-09-05T20:00:00.000-04:00oh so nasty ... Next thing you know, she will be on a beautiful trip to Tahiti, and as she is sitting on the beach, enjoying the hot sun, the smell of cat piss wafts up into her face and the faces of all those around her.

It's not worth the possibility of losing a cabana boy. I used to have some success with scrubing baking soda and water mixed together over the offending area, letting it sit overnight and then washing it out.
