i'm back.
bigger and better than ever.
actually, since i've been sticking to my carrots and celery and minimal sweets i'm not bigger.
not necessarily smaller either, but rather maintaining. and i can assure you, in case you were wondering, you certainly won't see me in a bathing suit anytime soon. the entire eastern seaboard can breathe a huge sigh of relief.
since i can't surf the web while at work anymore (bitter? i think so!!) can someone please tell me the nutritional value of raw celery?

hey jennifer!
Crunchy and slightly peppery when eaten raw; lovely when cooked in winter stews for a milder flavour.
Incredibly low in calories so its a great snack! Make sure you wash it well though; celery has one of the highest pesticide residue counts of all vegetables.
MY THOUGHTS...........
The nutritional value will be worthless if it is not washed well!

I'm still in mourning of your internet surfing rights. I don't think I would have lasted as long as I did in my cubicle if not for Google. And blogs. And various celebrity news and fashion websites.
And talking to Klem about all of them.
Good luck with the celery.
Celery is especially good when dipped in ranch.
Or peanut butter.
I'm just sayin'.
Back! YAy!!!
Thank God. I didn't know how much longer I could go without a "jennism".
By the way, in answer to this: "tell me truthfully....are you singing "do you know the way to san jose" all the time?"
